In another saucepan, melt 6 tablespoons of butter and add the flour, stirring continuously until golden in color.

Let it until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C

Add the cooked beef mixture, then the remaining pasta, and cover with another layer of béchamel sauce. Finally, top with mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Pour a layer of béchamel sauce over the pasta.

In a baking dish, spread half of the boiled pasta.

Season the béchamel with salt and white pepper.

Gradually add the milk while whisking to create a smooth béchamel sauce.

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Season with salt and black pepper and let it simmer for 5 minutes until well combined.

Add the pureed tomatoes and tomato paste, then mix well.

Squeeze the juice from 4 tomatoes
