  • 1CupYogurt
  • 1To TasteStevia sugar

    Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.

    Add stevia or a little honey to the yogurt if you prefer a sweetened version

    Pour the melted chocolate into the yogurt (make sure the chocolate isn’t too hot).

    Mix all ingredients well until completely combined.

    Pour the mixture into a mold (rectangular or round, depending on what you have).

    Place the mold in the freezer for about 3 hours or until fully set.

    Remove the cake from the freezer and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
