Ingredients

- 0.25CupOlive oil
- 1To TasteStevia sugar
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 2CupAlmond flour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 1PinchSalt
- 100Grams (g) Dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas well using a fork until smooth.

Add the eggs, olive oil, stevia, and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.

Add almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt, and mix to form a smooth batter.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula.

Bake for 45–55 minutes

Check for doneness by inserting a wooden stick in the center and making sure it comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

If we want to use oat flour, we add 1½ cups of oat flour with ¼ cup of plant-based milk or regular milk, and if we want to sweeten it with honey, we add ¼ cup of honey.
