- 150CupCorn flakes

We place the chicken breast in a food processor and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and lemon juice.

We blend the ingredients well until we get a cohesive chicken mixture

We transfer the mixture to a plate and divide it into medium-sized balls.

In a tray, we place the beaten egg and crushed cornflakes or oats.

We dip the chicken balls first in the egg, then coat them in the cornflakes.

In another bowl, we place the carrot and zucchini slices, season them with salt, pepper, paprika, and a light drizzle of olive oil

We place the chicken balls in one side of the air fryer drawer, and the seasoned vegetables on the other side.

We set the air fryer on a dual-cooking mode: one program for chicken balls and another for the vegetables.

After 7 minutes, we remove the vegetables.

We continue cooking the chicken balls for another 7 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

On the serving plate, we place 4 tablespoons of cooked rice in the center, arrange the chicken balls around the rice, and top with the roasted vegetables.
