Ingredients
- 0.5Kilograms (kg)Dark bulgur
- 0.5Kilograms (kg)Yellow bulgur
- 2PinchSalt
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 0.5PinchSeven spices
- 1Liters (L)Hot water
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 1Grams (g) Ground meat
- 3Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1CupWalnut
- 5Psc.Cooked potatoes
- 1Cupwater
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch

Place 0.5 kg of dark bulgur and 0.5 kg of yellow bulgur in a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of salt and 0.5 tablespoon of paprika.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of cumin and 0.5 tablespoon of seven spices.

Mix the ingredients well until the spices are evenly distributed.

Pour 1 liter of hot water over the mixture.

Cover the bowl and let it sit for at least one hour until the bulgur absorbs the water.

To prepare the filling, melt 1 tablespoon of ghee in a frying pan.

Add a kilo of ground beef and stir-fry until three-quarters cooked

Add 3 finely chopped onions and mix well with the meat.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of seven spices.

Stir the ingredients for a few minutes, then turn off the heat.

Add walnuts or any preferred type of nuts to the filling and mix well.

After one hour, add 5 boiled potatoes to the bulgur mixture and knead well until a firm dough forms.

Grease your hands with a little bit of the water and starch mixture and start forming the kibbeh disks. As shown in the video

Fill each kibbeh patty with the prepared filling, then seal it tightly.

Fry the kibbeh in hot oil until golden and crispy.
