Steps

    We season the minced meat well with salt and pepper, then shape the meat into balls or fingers as desired. We place the kebab in the oven at a temperature of 200 or 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

    We slice the onion and put it in oil with salt and pepper, then we add the peeled tomatoes to the onion, cover it, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    We take the meat out of the oven, place the sauce in a baking dish, and then put the meatballs on top.

    We place the dish back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

    After finishing, we take the dish out and serve the kebab with rice or bread and salad.
