    We grind the biscuits

    We place the crushed biscuits into a baking dish.

    We add the soft butter and mix well.

    We press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish

    We peel the roasted sweet potatoes and blend them using a hand blender

    We add the egg, vanilla, pumpkin spice, brown sugar, cream, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.

    We mix everything together until well combined.

    We pour the filling over the biscuit base and spread it evenly.

    We bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20–25 minutes until the filling is set.
