Ingredients

  • 125Grams (g) Butter
  • 0.5CupPowdered sugar
  • 2Psc.Yolk
  • 8Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 2CupFlour
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
  • 1Grams (g) White chocolate
  • 1CupChocolate

Steps

    In a mixer, put the butter and powdered sugar and mix well until the sugar is dissolved

    Add the egg yolks and vanilla and mix well

    Gradually add the flour until the dough comes together

    We follow the same steps with the addition of cocoa to make a chocolate sablé

    Shape the dough as shown in the video and place it on a tray with parchment paper

    We put them in the oven at 180 degrees from top to bottom for 8 minutes

    Fill the sablé with chocolate or apricot jam and can be decorated with white or dark chocolate

    Refrigerate until cold and then serve
