    In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sugar, eggs, and egg yolks, and whisk for 3 minutes.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top and bottom heat + turbo) for 40-45 minutes (depending on the oven).

    In a small saucepan, add lemon juice, sugar, and thyme, and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
