We start kneading the mixture with our hands until a dough is formed.

We serve the cookies with a dusting of powdered sugar on top

We place another ball on top of each filling, as shown in the video.

After the balls are cooked, we stuff each ball with toffee or chocolate

We leave the balls to cook until done, as shown in the video.

We place the dough balls in the mold and make sure to close it well.

We heat the mold over high heat

Once chilled, we shape the dough into small balls, each weighing 6 grams

After the dough is firm, we place it in the fridge to firm up further

to prepare the toffee: We place 1/4 cup of sugar (50 grams) in a pan over heat.

We add 1/4 cup of cornstarch and 2 cups of flour and mix them using a spatula.

We add 2 eggs at room temperature, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla and whisk until the mixture is well combined.

We add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar to the whipped butter and whisk well

to prepare the dough: We place 200 grams of butter in a bowl and whisk it using an electric mixer.
