- 500Grams (g) Shrimp
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped White Onion
- 5ClovesMinced garlic
- 0.25CupMinced parsley
- 50Grams (g) Butter
- 3Psc.lemon
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sweet Paprika
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
- 1PinchSalt
- 1PinchCoarse black pepper

Season the shrimp with sweet paprika, ground coriander, salt, and coarse black pepper. Mix well.

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the seasoned shrimp and sauté briefly.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and stir until the onion softens and the shrimp changes color.

Pour in the lemon juice and let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes until it boils and slightly thickens.

Add the chopped parsley, stir gently, and turn off the heat.
