Add the green onion, white onion, garlic, ginger, hot pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice to a food processor

Add the brown sugar, salt, pepper, thyme, cubeb, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend well.

Add two tablespoons of olive oil and mix the ingredients again until smooth.

Add a cup of water and mix until you get a smooth consistency.

Pour the mixture into a pot over low heat, add one tablespoon of chicken bouillon, and stir until the sauce thickens.

Let the mixture cool, then store it in a glass jar and cover with a layer of oil to preserve it longer.
