Ingredients

  • 0.3CupBrown sugar
  • 3Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
  • 3Teaspoons (tsp)Gelatin powder
  • 1Liters (L)Hot water
  • 1CupCold water
  • 1Grams (g) Fresh Cream
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Salted Caramel

Steps

    Mix the brown sugar, instant coffee, and gelatin powder in a large bowl.

    Add the hot water and stir until all ingredients are completely dissolved.

    Add the cold water and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for 3–4 hours until the jelly sets.

    Before serving, top the jelly with fresh cream and salted caramel as desired.
