  • 1Psc.Cucumber

    Put the cottage cheese in a food processor

    We add yogurt, milk and a pinch of salt

    Mix the ingredients well until you reach the consistency shown in the video

    Cut the cucumber into thin slices and arrange them in the mold as shown in the video

    Add the cheese mixture on top of the cucumber with a pinch of black seeds

    We roll the cucumber as shown in the video, then use it as a filling for sandwiches.
