Steps

    We mix all the dry ingredients (flour, semolina, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, yeast, and salt) in a large bowl.

    We add the olive oil and mix well until the mixture absorbs the oil.

    We gradually add the liquid black seed paste and warm water while stirring until we get a slightly loose dough.

    We grease the baking tray with tahini and spread the dough evenly.

    We let the dough rest for 40-60 minutes in a warm place.

    We preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the tray on the middle rack until the edges turn golden.

    We turn on the broiler for a few minutes to brown the top.

    We pour the hot syrup over the dessert immediately after taking it out of the oven and let it absorb completely.
