حلو الملولو
Ingredients

- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 0.5CupWarm water
- 1PinchSalt
- 1CupOlive oil
- 0.5CupRoasted peanut
- 0.5CupRoasted Cashew
- 0.5CupRoasted walnuts
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Roasted sesame
- 2CupCoconut
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 2.5CupSugar
- 1Cupwater
- 1Psc.Lemon juice

In a deep bowl, mix the flour with a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add ¼ cup of vegetable oil, then gradually add the warm water (around ½ cup), kneading until you get a smooth dough.

Knead the dough by hand for 15 minutes until it softens and becomes easy to roll out.

Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, coat them well with oil, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rest for 1 to 2 hours.

Grind the roasted peanuts, cashews, and walnuts into a mix of coarse and fine texture.

Add the sesame seeds, 1/4 cup of sugar, cinnamon, coconut, and vanilla, and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Gently roll out each dough ball on an oiled surface using olive oil, stretching it from all sides until it becomes very thin and almost transparent.

Place two parallel lines of filling in the center of the dough and separate them using a knife.

Roll the dough like a cabbage roll into a cylinder.

Coil the cylinder into a spiral shape and place it in the center of an oiled baking tray. Continue coiling the remaining rolls around it until all are used

Brush the top with a little oil and bake until it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and pour cold syrup over it while it’s still hot. Garnish as desired.

To prepare the syrup: Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 8 minutes. Add the lemon juice, then turn off the heat.
