    We add one egg to the mixture.

    We add 5 grams of raw cocoa powder, optionally, according to preference.

    We add a suitable amount of stevia for sweetness, according to taste.

    We add half a teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.

    We mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.

    We pour the mixture into small oven-safe molds placed on a baking tray.

    We bake the cakes in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, until they are fully cooked and lightly golden.
