Ingredients

- 0.25CupYogurt
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Ground Shea seeds
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 1CupWarm water
- 0.25CupOlive oil
- 0.25CupPsyllium husk gel
- 2CupSugar
- 0.5CupWarm water
- 2Grams (g) Instant yeast

To make yeast activation, we mix warm water with yeast and sugar and leave it until bubbles appear.

We mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, chia seeds, psyllium husk gel, and salt).

We add the yogurt and the yeast mixture with sugar, then knead the ingredients with warm water.

Finally, we add the 1/4 cup of olive oil and knead thoroughly until the dough comes together.

We leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

After that, we shape the dough into discs, cover them well, and let them rest for another 30 minutes.

We bake the discs in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
