Let the dough rest and rise until it doubles in size (time depends on room temperature).

Tahini Sauce: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and roast them in the oven for 15 minutes. Blend the roasted tomatoes with tahini and salt. Serve alongside the pie.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160-165°C (top and bottom heat + turbo) for about 30 minutes or until done, depending on your oven.
