- 0.5Grams (g) Mushroom
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
- 0.25Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
- 1Psc.eggs
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 1PinchSesame
- 1Psc.Puff pastry dough

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.

Add the minced garlic and stir for a few seconds until fragrant.

Add the chopped spinach, salt, black pepper, and half a chicken broth cube, then stir until the spinach wilts.

Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until slightly tender, then remove from heat.

Add the cream cheese and grated Parmesan to the mixture and mix well.

Roll out the puff pastry dough in a tray with parchment paper and then place the filling evenly

Add 15 large mushrooms cut into slices and stack them as shown in the video

Add a pinch of black pepper and olive oil

Brush the edges with egg beaten with white vinegar, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
