Boil the chicken with 4 liters of water and chicken seasoning as desired.

We prepare the "Badawiya" (traditional dressing) by mixing 3 cups yogurt, 0.5 cup tahini, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, juice of 2 lemons, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 cup warm water, and mix well.

We toast Arabic bread until crisp, then place it in the serving dish.

We add the boiled rice on top of the bread and chicken water, then we place the boiled chicken on top of the rice.

We drizzle the "Badawiya" mixture over the chicken.

We roast pine nuts in animal ghee until toasted.

We sprinkle the roasted pine nuts over the dish.

We garnish the dish with the remaining toasted bread and a bunch of chopped parsley. We sprinkle a little black pepper over the chicken before serving.
