- 1CupNabulsi cheese

- 1PinchBlack Seeds
- 1CupOlive oil
- 2CupChopped thyme

In a large bowl, we mix the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, baking powder, and powdered milk.

We add yogurt, oil, and chopped fresh thyme to the dry ingredients and mix well.

We knead the mixture while gradually adding the warm water until we get a soft and elastic dough.

We cover the dough and let it rise

To prepare the filling: Combine mozzarella cheese, Nabulsi cheese or halloumi, sesame and nigella.

Once risen, we divide the dough into small balls and flatten each one into a circle.

Place some of the cheese mixture in the center of each disk, then close the dough tightly into a pie shape.

We arrange the stuffed fatayer on a greased baking tray, brush the tops with olive oil

Sprinkle with sesame and nigella seeds

Bake the pies in a preheated oven over high heat until browned and cooked.
