  • 100Grams (g) Boiled white Cheese
  • 2PinchDuqqa
  • 1Psc.Puff pastry dough
  • 1CupCherry tomato

Steps

    Prepare the First Filling: In a bowl, combine halloumi cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, olives, and parsley, and mix well. Add feta cheese and mix again.

    Prepare the Second Filling: In another bowl, combine fried cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, thyme, spices, and parsley, and stir. Optionally, you can add an egg.

    Prepare the Dough: Take the puff pastry and shape it as shown in the video.

    Fill the Pastries: Place the filling on the dough and add tomato slices. Brush the edges with a mixture of egg yolk and vinegar.

    Baking: Place the pastries in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Once they are golden brown on the bottom, brown them on the top. Enjoy your pastries
