Steps

    Prepare the marinade: Place onions, garlic, bell pepper, fresh coriander, salt, pepper, cilantro, cumin, and seven spices in a food processor and blend.

    Make cuts in the chicken thighs, then add yogurt, olive oil, and part of the marinade. Place the chicken in the oven.

    In a pan over heat, prepare the yogurt sauce by adding oil, then the whole spices (fennel, cumin, cardamom, and coriander). Add the remaining marinade you prepared earlier. Remove the chicken from the oven, place it in the sauce, and let it cook for ten minutes.
