  • 10Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

Steps

    We mix the sugar with the butter until the mixture becomes light and creamy in texture.

    Add the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture and beat well until fully combined.

    Pre-mix the dry ingredients (flour, Bobi Seed, baking powder, and mastika). Then, alternately add the dry mixture and milk to the egg mixture until a smooth batter forms.

    Using a silicone spatula dipped in oil, run it along the surface of the batter to create a longitudinal crack that enhances the cake’s texture during baking.

    Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C until golden on both sides. Use a wooden toothpick to test for doneness.
