Ingredients

  • 2.25Cupwater
  • 1Grams (g) Instant yeast
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour

Steps

    Combine the flour and yeast in a bowl and stir them well

    Gradually add water and mix the flour and water using a spatula, then add salt and stir until a dough forms

    Place the dough in a container, flatten it, cover it, and refrigerate it for 24 hours.

    After 24 hours, flatten the dough on a baking pan greased with olive oil.

    Let the dough sit for 2 hours at room temperature to rise.

    After the 2 hours, press the dough with your fingers to create dimples.

    Drizzle olive oil and thyme on top.

    Bake the focaccia in an oven preheated to 200°C for 35 minutes.
