Fettuccine

- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 350Kilograms (kg)Chicken
- 1Psc.Red onion
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchGinger powder
- 6ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander

- 200Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 150CupShredded cheese
- 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
- 1Grams (g) Mushroom

Cut the chicken into small cubes

Cut the onion into small cubes and cut the mushrooms into slices

Boil the fettuccine pasta in salted water until cooked, then drain it.

In a deep pan, heat some olive oil with butter, then add the onion and sauté until it softens.

Add the chicken cubes, salt, black pepper, and ginger. Cover the pan briefly so the onions release moisture and the chicken absorbs it.

Add boiling water, garlic, and dried coriander. Cover again and let the chicken cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes

Add the chopped mushrooms and basil, and cook for another 10 minutes until the mushrooms soften

Add the cooking cream and grated cheese. Stir for just one minute, then remove from heat to prevent the cream from drying out.

Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce thoroughly.

Serve in a dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
