Ingredients

  • 800Kilograms (kg)Minced veal
  • 200Grams (g) Tail fat
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Ketchup
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mustard
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 1CanCheddar
  • 0.5Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Chopped pickled cucumber
  • 3Psc.Burger Buns

    Mix the minced veal with lamb fat until well combined.

    Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 120 grams each.

    Place the meatballs in a hot pan without adding any fat.

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the meat while cooking.

    Cook the meatballs for about 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

    Place cheddar cheese slices on the cooked meat and let them melt.

    Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped onion, pickles, mustard, and white vinegar.
