  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CupCrushed Lotus biscuits
  • 2CupLotus sauce
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vanilla ice cream

Steps

    We whisk the two eggs in a bowl until well combined.

    We add the milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, then mix well until smooth.

    We dip the brioche toast slices into the mixture on both sides until fully soaked.

    We coat the slices with crushed Lotus biscuits on both sides.
