Ingredients

- 2Psc.eggs

- 0.5CupLiquid cream
- 0.25CupBrown sugar
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupCrushed Lotus biscuits
- 2CupLotus sauce
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vanilla ice cream

We whisk the two eggs in a bowl until well combined.

We add the milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, then mix well until smooth.

We dip the brioche toast slices into the mixture on both sides until fully soaked.
