  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast

Steps

    We wash the chicken breast and cut it into slices as shown in the video, then season it with salt, black pepper, red pepper, and a little oil, and mix them well.

    In a pan over heat, we add oil, then add the chicken breasts and stir until they are cooked through.

    We arrange the chicken in a Pyrex baking dish.

    In the same pan, we add the sliced onions and stir until they soften, then add the mushrooms and stir for 5 minutes.

    We add the cooking cream mixed with a spoon of cornstarch and stir until the ingredients are well combined, then add the chopped parsley.

    We pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, then add the mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes.
