Ingredients

  • 5Psc.Red bell pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 2CupOil

Steps

    Wash the red peppers thoroughly.

    Cut the red peppers into small pieces.

    Grind the peppers using a meat grinder or food processor until smooth.

    Drain the ground peppers from excess water using a strainer.

    Spread the peppers evenly on a baking tray.

    Place the tray in the oven at 200°C (390°F).

    Stir the peppers in the oven until all the liquid evaporates and they become almost dry

    Add coarse salt and white vinegar to the peppers, then mix well.

    Place the pepper paste into sterilized jars.

    Cover the surface of the paste with a layer of oil.

    Seal the jars tightly and store them in the refrigerator.
