We wash the mushrooms and then soak them in water to get rid of the saltiness

Mix the flour with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a separate bowl.

Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper until well combined

Combine the panko or crushed bread with the same spices used for the flour.

Coat each mushroom first in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with the seasoned panko

Arrange the coated mushrooms on a tray and place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Melt the butter in a pan, then add the chopped parsley and minced garlic, sautéing briefly.
