Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels
Ingredients

- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupWarm water
- 2Grams (g) Instant yeast

- 100Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda

Activate the yeast by mixing 1 cup of warm water with 2 teaspoons of instant yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar, then leave the mixture for 10 minutes until it foams.

Knead 3 cups of flour with 1 teaspoon of salt and the yeast mixture for about 7 minutes until a soft dough forms.

Add 2 tablespoons of room-temperature butter to the dough and knead for another 3 minutes until fully incorporated.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

After rising, divide the dough into 5 equal balls, cover them again, and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Shape each ball into pretzels as desired.

Boil 2 liters of water and add 1 tablespoon of baking soda, then dip each pretzel in the boiling water for 30 seconds on each side.

Remove the pretzels from the water and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to drain well.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) until golden brown.

After baking, dip the pretzels in 100 g of melted butter, then coat them in a mixture of ½ cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon until fully covered.
