Chocolate Mousse Cups
Ingredients
- 170CupMelted Chocolate
- 125CupLiquid cream
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1To TasteFruits
- 250Grams (g) Coarsely chopped chocolate

We grease the silicone molds well with the melted chocolate.

We place the molds in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

Once the molds are cooled, we remove them from the fridge.

We heat half of the cream over low heat, making sure it does not boil.

When small bubbles appear around the edges of the cream, we add the chopped chocolate and leave it for 2 minutes.

We stir the mixture well after 2 minutes.

We let the chocolate mixture cool to room temperature

We add the remaining cold cream and the pinch of vanilla to the cooled chocolate mixture.

We whisk the mixture with a cake mixer until thickened, being careful not to overmix.

We pour the chocolate mousse into the prepared chocolate molds.

We let the filling chill slightly before serving.

We decorate the chocolate cups with fruits as desired.
