Chicken with white sauce

To prepare the chicken, we season it with salt and pepper. Then, in a dish, mix flour with spices (garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika). We coat the chicken with this mixture, ensuring it is covered on all sides.

In a skillet over heat, we add oil and butter, then place the chicken pieces. We do not stir the chicken until it gets a golden color on one side. Then, we flip it to the other side and leave it until it turns golden. Once cooked, we remove it from the pan and set it aside.

In the same skillet, we add the chopped onion and garlic, followed by the raw corn. We then season it with the same spices as before, along with salt and pepper. We cook the corn until it’s tender, then add cream cheese, cream, and milk. Once the milk begins to boil, we add the chicken pieces to the sauce, cover the skillet, and leave it to cook for 5 minutes.

We garnish the dish with cilantro, green onions, hot oil, grilled corn, and feta cheese. It’s served with spaghetti pasta, and then we can enjoy it!
