Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
- 1CupHoney
- 2CupYogurt
- 2CupOlive oil
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 2Psc.lemon
- 1Psc.Onion
- 0.5Psc.Potato
- 0.25Psc.Carrot
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 2Psc.Rosemary
- 0.5CupBoiling Water

Prepare a blender and put the tomatoes and all the spices (onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme) in it

Add the olive oil, yogurt and honey.

Mix the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Leave some of the marinade in a bowl on the side

Pour the rest of the mixture over the chicken drumsticks and stir well.

Add the minced garlic and squeeze the two lemons, then stir well again.

In a hot pan greased with a small piece of butter, add the drumsticks and pour the marinade over them.

Let them simmer together and stir occasionally. You can also add rosemary if desired.

Cut the onion into slices

Once they get a nice color, add half a cup of boiling water and the sliced onion.

Cover the pan and let it continue cooking.

Chop the potatoes and carrots, and mix them with the remaining marinade.

When the chicken is almost done, add the vegetables.

Let them cook together for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Serve with white rice.
