Ingredients

  • 3Kilograms (kg)Beef Steak
  • 1SlicesGouda Cheese
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Spicy sauce
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Worcestershire sauce
  • 1CupSweet chilli sauce
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Peri Peri sauce
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Cut the gouda cheese into thick, finger-shaped slices.

    Place the cheese sticks on wooden sticks

    Wrap the steaks around the cheese sticks

    Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, hot sauce, yerba mate, yerba mate, Worcester sauce, and Sweet Chili sauce, then add a pinch of pepper and mix well.

    We place the steaks in the prepared sauce.

    Heat a little oil in a skillet, then fry the steaks on both sides until they are browned and golden in color.
