Steps

    Grate all the available cheeses and mix well.

    Add nigella seeds and sesame seeds to the cheese mixture.

    Brush each layer of phyllo dough with butter and milk.

    Spread the cheese mixture on the final layer of dough and fold it into the desired shape (triangles or squares).

  5. 5

    Brush the top with egg yolk for a golden finish.

  6. 6

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C from both top and bottom until golden.

    Once out of the oven, sprinkle chili flakes and drizzle honey over the top.
