Spread a layer of salt on a baking tray, arrange the potatoes on top, and bake them in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the potatoes and the oven type.

In a pan with hot olive oil, sauté the chicken pieces until fully cooked.

Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté over high heat, then add the corn and stir well.

Season with salt, black pepper, and a tablespoon of flour, stirring to combine.

Pour in the cooking cream and mix until a creamy consistency forms.
