    Place 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 cup of warm water in a mixer bowl.

    Knead the ingredients with the mixer until you get a soft dough.

    Brush the dough with oil, cover it, and let it rest for a full day.

    To prepare the filling: Mix soaked Akkawi cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parsley.

    Sprinkle flour on the work surface, roll out the dough, and cut it into squares.

    Place a portion of the filling in each square, then shape it with a mold.

    Seal the edges of each square tightly using a rotary cutter

    Brush each piece with a mixture of water and flour.

    Sprinkle black seed (Habbat al-Barakah) on each piece.

    Fry the pies in deep, hot oil until golden brown.
