  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1PacketBaklava

Steps

    Prepare the syrup by mixing sugar, honey, and water, then add lemon and vanilla and let it cool.

    Heat milk with sugar, custard powder, and whipped cream until thick.

    Add butter and vanilla, then cover the custard to cool.

    Brush phyllo with butter, fold, and cut into strips.

    Form cones and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

    Pour cold syrup over hot cones.

    Fill cones with custard and garnish with pistachio.
