- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

- 1PinchSeven spices
- 2Psc.Dried lime
- 3Psc.Bay Leaf
- 1Liters (L)Hot water
- 1PinchSalt
- 1CupNuts
- 0.5CupRaisin
- 1CupOil
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee

We soak the rice in water for half an hour

In a pot, heat a little vegetable oil with a spoon of ghee, then add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.

Add the meat cubes and stir until the color changes

Add the chopped carrots and all the spices (curry, cinnamon, coriander, seven-spice, salt, bay leaves, and loomi), then stir for about a minute.

Pour in enough hot water to cover the meat, then cover the pot and let it cook over medium heat until the meat is fully tender.

Once the meat is cooked, add the raisins and the soaked, drained basmati rice.

Add one more cup of hot water, ensuring the water fully covers the rice.

Cook on high heat until most of the water is absorbed

Lower the heat to the minimum, cover the pot, and allow the rice to cook gently until it absorbs the remaining liquid.
