  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa

  • 2Cupwater
  • 0.5CupGround almonds
  • 1Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 1CupNutella

    In a food processor, combine the dates, nuts (1 cup of almond and cashew blend), 1/2 cup of peanut butter, raw cacao, and a pinch of salt. (You can add 2 tablespoons of water if the dough is too dry.)

    Mix the ingredients until you get a consistent dough.

    Divide the dough into small balls and shape them.

    Coat each ball in ground nuts.

    Use a teaspoon to make a small hole in the center of each ball.

    Fill the hole with 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and drizzle melted chocolate or Nutella over it for decoration.

    Place the balls in a muffin tin or container and refrigerate until set before serving.
