    We wash two cups of coarse bulgur.

    We add finely chopped tomatoes.

    We add parsley, fresh coriander, and fresh mint.

    We add the spices: ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and mixed spices

    We add olive oil.

    We sauté two tablespoons of ghee with the lamb meat.

    We add the lamb meat to the bulgur and mix all the ingredients.

    We start stuffing the zucchini, white eggplant, potatoes, and sweet peppers
