- 0.5CupWhipping cream
- 0.25Grams (g) Butter
- 2CupMilk
- 1CupLiquid cream

We place the eggs (they should be at room temperature) on the sugar and whisk them for 8 minutes.

We add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt, and mix them with the egg and sugar mixture.

We prepare the mold by greasing it with butter and lining it with parchment paper, then we pour the mixture into it.

We place the mold in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

We are preparing the caramel sauce and We put the sugar in the frying pan until it caramelizes, then we add the butter and cream and cook them for 3 minutes, after which we let the sauce cool.

We take the cake out and let it cool for 20 minutes, then we soak it with milk and whip the cream until it thickens, and then we spread a layer of cream on the cake.

We place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, then we add the caramel sauce with the help of hot water during the glazing stage. Pistachios can be used for decoration.
