Ingredients

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Coriander
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Clove
- 0.5Kilograms (kg)Meat
- 4Cupwater
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Flavor enhancer
- 3CupRice

Prepare the hot sauce.

Serve the rice in a plate, then top with the meat, bell pepper, and sautéed onion.

Close the pressure cooker for 5 minutes.

Add half a cup of water and the sautéed mixture.

Continue cooking the rice in the pressure cooker for 12 minutes or in a regular pot on low heat for 40 minutes.

Cook on high heat until the rice absorbs most of the broth.

Mix the ingredients well.

Add 3 cups of washed rice.

Add salt to taste and one teaspoon of flavor enhancer.

Put a tablespoon of clarified butter and two tablespoons of oil in the pressure cooker.

Cook the meat in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes or for one hour if using a regular pot.
