- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chicken Stock Powder
- 0.25PinchGround cloves
- 1Psc.Dried lime
- 1Psc.Chicken stock
- 1CupRaisin
- 1CupRoasted pine nuts
- 1CupAlmonds
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Kabsa spices

Start by sautéing the chopped onion in oil until softened.

We add the grated carrots and stir until the oil turns orange, then add the grated tomatoes and stir them well.

Add the spices (kabsa spices, paprika, curry, black pepper, chicken broth powder, ground cloves) and stir until the flavors are evenly distributed

Add the tomato paste and stir the ingredients well

Take a portion of the mixture and use it to marinate the boiled chicken, then place it in the oven to roast.

Add the chicken broth to the mixture and stir well, then add the soaked rice and mix.

Let the mixture simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked.

Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a serving dish and place the roasted chicken on top.

For garnish, sprinkle pine nuts, almonds, and raisins on top.
