    Cut the green and red bell peppers and the onion, then place them in a food processor.

    Blend the vegetables well until smooth.

    Strain the mixture to remove excess liquid, then add it to the minced meat along with the chopped parsley.

    Add the salt, black pepper, coriander, allspice, cumin, cinnamon, and cloves.

    Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.

    Divide the meat into equal portions.

    Stuff each loaf of baladi bread with a portion of the meat, pressing it evenly inside the bread.

    Place the hawawshi in a skillet over medium heat.

    Flip it to the other side once the first side is golden brown.

    Remove the hawawshi from the skillet once cooked.

    Place some loaves uncovered in the oven at 180°C (356°F) until fully cooked.

    Remove them once done.

    Wrap some loaves in parchment paper and return them to the oven at the same temperature.

    Take the wrapped loaves out of the oven once cooked.

    Cut the skillet-cooked hawawshi in half, the oven-baked (uncovered) one into quarters, and the wrapped one into halves.
