  • 0.5PacketFettuccine pasta
  • 4To TasteFried onions
  • 10ClovesGarlic
  • 3BunchGreen Coriander
  • 0.5CupOlive oil
  • 0.25Psc.Lemon juice
  • 0.5CupPomegranate molasses
  • 1CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chicken Stock Powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1PacketPomegranate
  • 1To TasteRoasted toast

Steps

    Wash the lentils, then place them in a pot with water and bring to a boil until cooked

    Add the boiled fettuccine pasta to the lentils

    Add (chicken bouillon powder, mixed spices, black pepper, and cumin), then mix well.

    Add the pomegranate molasses, lemon juice

  5. 5

    Finely chop the garlic and cilantro, then add half of the mixture to the lentils and pasta

    Add half of the fried onions to the pot.

    Dissolve the flour in ¼ cup of water, then add it to the pot while stirring continuously until the desired consistency is reached, as shown in the video.

    Pour the dish into a serving plate and garnish with the remaining garlic and cilantro mixture, fried onions, fried bread, and pomegranate seeds
