Add the yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the warm milk and stir until completely dissolved, Note: It’s important to make sure the milk is warm, not hot, so the yeast doesn’t die and the dough rises properly.

Prepare the natural sweetener by mixing a tablespoon of flour with a tablespoon of yogurt

Add one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of vinegar, and one teaspoon of baking powder

Stir the mixture well and let it react until a foam forms

In the mixer put the flour, egg, natural sweetener, two tablespoons of sugar, salt, milk and yeast mixture, and cream packet

Mix the ingredients well for 5 minutes until homogeneous

Gradually add the oil while kneading.
